This is an independent casita, part of a charming and fully restored farmhouse situated near Granada, between asparagus fields and olive groves. It's part of a cortijo with three independent units (see also ref. Granada 026/026AB/026B). The pool area is for shared use and offers splendid views on the surrounding countryside out to the snow-capped Sierra Nevada. Dont forget your skies if travelling in wintertime!
This rustic property is located at a 5 minutes drive of the village Huétor Tajar and surrounded by fields of asparagus and olive groves, near where the rivers Genil and CacÃn come together. The Alhambra palace (Granada) is only a half hour away, while the distance to the famous Sierra Nevada ski resort is 79km (49 miles). The access to this little casita is through a shared patio with barbecue. Under the pergola at the swimming pool (4x6m) you can take shelter from the midday sun, whilst enjoying the amazing panoramic views of the country side. The pool is for shared use in case you reserve just the casita.
Beautifully restored with traditional tiles and a rustic decoration, you'll find a romantic double bedroom and a small kitchenette/dining room with sofa, dining table for 2, tv, hob with 2 rings, microwave and fridge/freezer. There's also an attic floor with low ceiling with sleeps for two children between 6 and 12 years old (upon request and with supplement).Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Erg warm welkom van de Spaanse eigenaar, hij sprak ook Frans. Huisje met zwembad, wifi, wasmachine en zeer grote tuin met ruime zit mogelijkheden. 's Nachts erg stil en donker, voor een goede nachtrust. De ligging is erg gunstig tussen de olijfbomen, nabij de snelweg, zodat je snel in Granada / Sierra Nevada / Antequera bent.
