This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerjaâs vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, youâll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.
At the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean - the ideal spot for having a nice breakfast or an alfresco diner. A few steps lead down to the spacious lawn and the private pool (6,5m x 3,5m long and 1.25m â 2.20m deep), complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a barbecue corner with additional sitting area.For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise, we specially recommend the walk through the riverbed of the RÃo Chillar. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.
The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace and a dining corner. Satellite-tv is available. The kitchen is independent and well equipped with a 4 rings vitro-hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). There is 1 full bathroom and an ensuite shower room. Notes:- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).- Air conditioning is available throughout the house (free of charge).

Deze villa is echt geweldig! Alles is goed verzorgd, mooie tuin. Horren voor de ramen, rolluiken, mooie poort je voelt je er heel veilig. Keuken volledig uitgerust, alleen bestek is er te weinig. Mooie veranda met prima stoelen. Leuke BBQ met apart zitje. Bij zwembad ook prima ligbedden en zelfs twee ligstoelen. 2 badkamers is ook fijn. Al met al alles aanwezig voor een heerlijke relaxte vakantie.

Absolutely amazing
The villa was fantastic. Everything you neede was there. The gardener came twice weekly to keep the pool and garden in tip top condition. Enjoyed every second of our stay.

Positieve ervaring
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, de eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en het huis was heel schoon. Na een week werd alles weer schoongemaakt en zelfs de bedden werden verschoond. Het huis was zeer goed uitgerust met fantastische bedden. Het lag dicht bij Nerja en de grote weg. Fijn vonden we ook de verschillende terrassen en het lekkere zwembad.

Best villa we have stayed in over the past 5 years visiting Nerja
We would like to thank Dolores for allowing us the use of her villa. It was so comfortable, spotlessly clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen with a wide selection of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. It was probably the best villa we have stayed in over the past 5 years visiting Nerja. She was so attentive and got things sorted as soon as they were reported. She obviously took a pride in presenting her villa. We appreciated the fact that she brought us a buggy which made it so much easier to get around with a 2 year old. We hope everything was in order on our departure.
