The cottage has a very quiet, yet convenient location: 7 minutes by car from Frigiliana and only a 10 to 15 minute drive to Nerja and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Malaga is less than an hour's drive away, and Granada only 90 minutes. Just as easy to reach are the beautiful and historical cities of Cordoba, Seville and Ronda.As you can observe on the pictures, the cottage is set amidst an olive grove and accessed by several steps from the parking area below. A splendid veranda with stunning views gives access to the propertyâs living room. Just a few steps through the kitchen, and you are next to the pool where you will enjoy full privacy. And again, you will find a lovely, traditional ambiance with a terrace of natural stones and terracotta tiles surrounding the private pool (6.6x4.6 m and 1.1 to 1.5 m deep with roman steps at the shallow end). Sun loungers are provided and a barbecue with patio furniture are ready for your alfresco meals. The pool terrace faces southwest down the valley and to the seaâa beautiful place to sit at night and watch a full moon or the stars. Birds are abundant throughout the year, a real joy for the birdwatchers. Wild mountain goats can sometimes be seen on the slopes above.Parents with small children should note that the steps up to the villa are quite steep, and that the pool is not childproofed.
The cottage combines a peaceful and romantic ambiance with very Andalucian elements, such as beamed ceilings, traditional bricks, hand-made tiles and whitewashed walls. The open-plan living room is all in one space with the dining corner and kitchen. The living area is equipped with 2 sofas, a wood-burning stove, a radio/cassette/CD player and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-ring vitro hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of 1 double and 1 twin, both with traditional ochre ceilings contrasting the whitewashed walls. The bathroom between the bedrooms is shared and has a bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.Both bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning, free of charge.Note: A WiFi Internet connection is available free of charge in July and August. For other months, it is available upon request at a cost of 10 EUR and needs be ordered at least one week in advance.

De routebeschrijving was perfect, de eigenaar erg aardig, hij bracht ons keurig ter plekke en dat was heel prettig want door de vertraging die we hadden kwamen we in donker aan. Het huis was echt schitterend, de ligging, de terrassen, de oijvenboomgaard eromheen, het uitzicht tot aan zee, het zwembad, de omgeving... Een huis waarin je je meteen thuis voelt. De beschrijving op de site was voor geen millimeter overdreven. Kortom, dank voor het waarmaken van alle beloftes. Ook de complimenten voor je/jullie organisatie, alles was goed geregeld, We werden steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden door alle mails, top!!

Erg fijn vakantiehuis op geweldige lokatie
We hebben twee hele fijne weken gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Geweldige plek voor de rustzoeker. Heerlijk zwembad met zonnig terras met zon tot laat in de avond. Malaga en Granada zijn dichtbij voor uitstapjes, Nerja is slechts een klein stukje rijden voor relaxen aan het strand. Een echte aanrader!

Fantastisch verblijf in rustige omgeving
Voor wie rust zoekt en privacy waardeert. Super prettige buitenruimte. Rust: je hoort alleen een sporadische bromvlieg en in de verte een geitenbel. Buiten BBQ is veelvuldig gebruikt. Dit is ons derde huis via Casitas Select en ook deze was weer geslaagd. Goede bedden zowel slaap als bij het zwembad. Meet&greet met de sleutelbeheerder ging soepel. We kregen zelfs granaatappels uit zijn tuin en in de tuin vh huisje hangen limoenen die je vrij mag plukken.
