This impressive villa is an oasis of calm providing spacious terraces and an infinity pool with uninterrupted southerly views across the mountain valley out to the Mediterranean. Inside, itâs spacious and comfortable, to include 3 bath / shower rooms, full air conditioning and WiFi.
The villa is located in an elevated position above the white washed village of Frigiliana and flanked by the natural park of Sierra Almijara, a rough mountainous region of pine forest and olive groves. The roads to the villa are all surfaced and the village of Frigiliana can easily be reached by car in 5 minutes. A good restaurant (La Venta de Frigiliana) is reachable in 10-15 minutesâ walk for those who like to dine and wine without driving. The Mediterranean beaches of Nerja are also nearby, whilst interesting cities like Granada and Malaga are an just an hour drive from here.But thatâs for those who are able to tear themselves away from the infinity pool (7m x 3.5m long and 1.15m â 1.75, deep) and the surrounding terrace areas! The entrance to the villa is on the upper floor where you will find a dining terrace area on the back of the villa where you may be better off on windy days. On the front is a lounge area, the perfect place for a sangria while enjoying the splendid views. Steps lead down to the sun terrace and pool, complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a second dining area with brick-built barbecue.
The villa is nicely appointed, very spacious, comfortable and with all rooms on one level. The spacious, living/dining room is equipped with 2 sofas, coffee table, wood burning stove and a large flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD player. The open-plan kitchen comes complete with a 4 rings vitro hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms consist of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, each with patio doors and direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with WC, washbasin and bidet. One of the twin bedrooms has an ensuite shower room with WC, washbasin and bidet. A third bathroom is provided with a bath / over head shower, WC, double washbasin and bidet.Free WiFi is provided. Free air conditioning (hot/cold) is provided in the living/dining room and 2 twin bedrooms.
