The villa has all its rooms on one floor and is comfortably furnished. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, flatscreen satellite-TV, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and one twin. A full bathroom and shower room with WC and wash basin complete this house.
