This semi-detached 4 bedroom Nerja villa is located in Chimenea, is a quiet residential area just north from the popular Burriana beach, a 700 meter walk downhill from the villa. The centre of Nerja is a short drive away, offering plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. This villa is nicely appointed and also benefits from air conditioning in the top floor bedrooms.
Chimenea is in the very sought after residential area, somewhat east of the centre of Nerja. Itâs main attraction is the famous Burriana beach, a 700m downhill walk from the villa, where you will find many tapas bars and beach restaurants serving fresh fish and the so called âpescaito fritoâ, small fried fish. The large Supersol supermarket is another 700m walk but in the opposite direction. Here you will also find the Racquet Club for those whom would like to play tennis, squash or paddle tennis.The villa has a private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with 6 sun beds. There is a barbecue and patio furniture for outdoor dining.
The villa has its rooms on three floors and is elegantly decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a living / dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, satellite TV (190 international channels) and a dining corner for 6 persons and air conditioning. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as an oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. On the first floor are a double and a twin bedroom, both provided with air conditioning. The third and fourth bedrooms are both twins located in the basement and twin bedded and a limited sized windows. The villa is provided with central heating.A WiFi connection is provided free of charge.
