Above mentioned prices are week rates. * NOTE: for price calculation, we will apply the rate that is valid on the day of pick up. Examples: if you pick up your car on June 28th for 2 weeks, we will apply the June rate, despite the fact that you rent the car during 9 days in July. In case you pick up your car on August 20th, we will apply the August rate, despite the fact that you rent the car during several days in September. |

* Full insurance (C.D.W., T.P., P.A.I.) with some exceptions (see below)
* 1st and 2nd driver (second driver needs to be booked upfront)
* 24 hours road assistance
* VAT 21%
* Fuel policy: FULL-FULL this means fuel will be charged upon delivery and refunded, if back with the same quantity as received; if car is returned with LESS quantity, the missing liters will be charged (at prices of the car hire firm) plus a refueling surcharge of € 19,00 per vehicle
* Baby seats / booster seats: 4 EUR per day (min. 15 EUR and max. 50 EUR per rental)
* Additional driver(s): 4 EUR per driver (min. 8 EUR and max. 50 EUR per driver)
* Out-of-office hour pick up or drop-off:
- From 22:00h - 01:00h: 25 EUR
- From 01:01h - 07:59h: 40 EUR
* Abandoned vehicle: cost of transportation + 35 EUR per day of standstill
* Recharge of battery due to negligence: 25 EUR
* Young driver insurance (19-25 years): 9 EUR per day (min. 27 EUR, max. 125 EUR per rental) - only available for categories C to E
* Traffic fines, tow truck due to negligence or omission of the general traffic law; cleaning of upholstery; error in refueling, lost or damaged keys; damage to wheels, clutch, glass, roof, underbody of the vehicle and costs involved; not fixed accessories such as antenna, radio, security vest, etc.; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; damages caused because of driving on unpaved roads / off road; any damages not reported to Car hire company within 24 hours by forwarding a police or damage report or if report is forwarded with false details and/or misrepresentation of facts; report must be filled in with all details of parties involved and must be signed by both; otherwise, all costs may be on the driver´s expenses.
An optional insurance that covers damage to windows and tyres can be contracted when you pick up the car:
- for cars in categories C to E: 6 EUR per day (min. 20 EUR and max. 70 EUR per rental period). In case you don't wish this insurance, then you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit of 350 EUR.
- for cars in category Q: 9,50 EUR per day (min. 38 EUR and max. 125 EUR per rental period). In case you don't wish this insurance, then you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit of 600 EUR.
- for other categories: 8 EUR per day (min. 25 EUR and max. 85 EUR per rental period). In case you don't wish this insurance, then you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit of 450 EUR.
* Driver's minimum age is 26 years and he/she must be holding a currant driving licence since at least 1 year. A special insurance is available for driver between 19 and 25 years old (see above).
* From group C inclusive, all reservations are “on request” and therefore may not be available on a last minute base
* The pick up date and time and the drop-off date and time, determine the price for the whole rental period. If the drop-off time exceeds the pick-up time by ONE HOUR, then an extra day will be charged. It is not possible to charge per hour or half days.
* A credit card will be required when picking up the vehicle to guarantee the drop-off of the car and insurance excess (please note that American Express cards are not accepted). For category Q two credit cards are needed.
* Vehicles are not allowed to be driven out of the Peninsula.
