If you care about a location near the beach and near restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, then this must be your choice. This villa is located in the heart of Novo Sancti Petri, only walking minutes from the extensive white and sandy beach that slopes slowly into the clear blue waters of the Atlantic (perfect for families with children!). The villa has a private pool, a garden with lawn and a barbecue.
Please allow me to explain a bit of the interesting history of the area: Sancti Petri is the small island you can see from the Barroso beach. Ever heard of the Temple of Hercules? That was the most famous temple in the western Mediterranean dating back to the times of the Trojan war. Upon its ruins, the castle Castillo de Sancti Petri was built in the thirteenth century. Right in front of the island is the former Sancti Petri fishing village that is now in use as a harbour from where you can take an excursion by boat to see the island (accessing the island is currently not allowed). This villa is located a few kilometres south of the harbour, in a quiet street of the resort called Novo Sancti Petri, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and tapa bars a few steps from your door. The villa is fully independent and has a private pool (8x4 m), a lawn with sunbeds and a barbecue. Adjacent to the living room is a shaded terrace with patio furniture, an ideal place for your dining al-fresco.
The area is part of the municipality of Chiclana de la Frontera, a large bustling seaport 7 km away, where you will also find several bodegas where the locally famous Muscadet wines are stored. Interesting cities like Cádiz, el Puerto de Santa MarÃa, and Jerez de la Frontera can be visited, all less than an hour away.
A beautiful hall welcomes you as you enter the villa on the ground floor. On the left, you'll enjoy a modern living/dining room with an open fireplace, 2 sofas, TV, and a dining corner. The kitchen is independent and well equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all the usual kitchen utensils. There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor and a shower room with WC and basin. On the first floor is a master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom (over bath shower, bidet, WC, and washbasin). A further twin and a single bedroom share a bathroom (over bath shower, bidet, WC, and washbasin). On the upper floor is a solarium that can be used for sunbathing, although it is not equipped with any kind of furniture.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Acabamos de pasar la primera quincena de junio y comentar sobre el alojamiento que es una verdadera maravilla tanto por el equipamiento como por la ubicación, en segunda lÃnea de playa, a 5 minutos andando al paseo marÃtimo! El propietario, muy atento y pendiente de todo, en especial con nuestro hijo de 3 años; cualquier problema te lo soluciona al instante y además te aconseja muy bien sobre el entorno y los pueblos a visitar de la provincia. Transmitir que la casa está perfectamente situada en una urbanización tranquila rodeada de todo tipo de servicios (farmacias, restaurantes, supermercados, bancos, prensa,...). Hemos pasado unos 15 dÃas de ensueño, viviendo en un chalet con todas las letras y a los pies de la mejor playa de AndalucÃa!! Intentaremos volver con toda seguridad. Sólo dependerá de la gran demanda que tiene la casa y de que nos cuadren las vacaciones.

Cercano en el amplo sentido de la palabra
Cercano por su situación inmejorable, cerca de la playa (5 minutos escasos andando), cerca de bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. y junto a la avenida principal que da acceso a todos sitios, desde la zona de hoteles hasta el poblado de Santi Petri. Y cercano también por su dueño, atento, servicial, amable y pendiente que no faltase nada. La casa está genial, muy bien conservada, amplia, cómoda y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hemos veraneado muchas veces en esta zona, pero esta vez hemos dado con el sitio! Seguro que repetiremos.

Lo recomendamos totalmente
El chalet está muy bien y es muy grande. Estuvimos ocho dÃas y se nos hizo muy corto. Es una relajación el poder disfrutar del jardÃn, cenando fuera o disfrutando de la barbacoa. Está al lado de la playa y la zona de restaurantes. Gracias al propietario por su gran hospitalidad.

Excelente chalet
Fuimos 5 adultos y un bebé, la casa muy amplia con todo lo necesario, no nos ha faltado de nada. Estuvimos la segunda quincena de septiembre, muy buen tiempo. El lugar en donde se encuentra la casa tiene todo lo necesario sin tener que coger el coche. La playa se encuentra a escasos 50 metros de la vivienda. El dueño siempre pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la barbacoa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Tranquilas vacaciones
Estuvimos mi familia, una pareja de amigos y un par de mascotas. La casa es muy espaciosa, el jardÃn estupendo, al igual que la piscina. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. Lo pasamos muy bien y el tiempo nos acompañó. El trato con el propietario fue estupendo, muy atento en todo momento y un par de cosas que nos faltaban en la casa nos las consiguió inmediatamente. Si necesitas asesoramiento de cualquier cosa te lo facilita muy amablemente. Espero volver en un futuro próximo.

Muy recomendable
Quedamos encantados con nuestras vacaciones en esta casa, por la situación, por las comodidades, por tener la oportunidad de llevar a nuestras gatitas y por supuesto con el trato con su dueño, todo lo que necesitamos nos lo facilitó sin problema. La Barrosa es un lugar tranquilo y a la vez con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Las tostadas de molletes a la vuelta de la esquina en La Abeja Maya y la comida en La TaperÃa de lo mejorcito. Ah, y los mejores helados en Cara Pino, riquÃsimos. Vamos, que recomendamos este alojamiento y esperamos volver.
