Situated in a landscape of rolling hills north of Ronda (35 kms) and near Cañete la Real (2,5 kms), this rustic villa is very well maintained and offers good quality throughout. Villa Cañete is a beautiful Andalucian villa situated at 2,5 kilometres from Cañete La Real, a quaint little Spanish village. The fabulous town of Ronda (35 kms) is situated south of the village, a half hour drive away, whilst the beaches of the Marbella are only 45 minutes more. The cities of Seville, and Antequera are approximately one hour drive. Cuevas de Becerro is another nearby village, a 10 minute drive, where you can find some traditional bars and restaurants. The property can by easily reached in a bit more than an hour drive from Malaga airport of from Seville via Osuna. The outside areas of villa are spacious, very well maintained and give good privacy. From the veranda, steps lead down to the private pool (12 long, 3 to 5 mts wide; 1,60 mts - 2,20 mts deep) set in a lovely, lawned garden surrounded by lots of vegetation - sun loungers are provided. From here you have far reaching views on the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the house you will find your favourite spot for an alfresco dinner: the typical patio is full of flowers and plants and provided with barbecue, dining table and chairs.
The villa has been decorated with good taste by its' owners using comfortable furniture and a rustic Andalucian style decoration. The three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living room with 3 sofas, a large fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. On entering the villa, the large entrance way leads right into the main lounge area. The beamed and wooden ceiling together with the traditional ornaments emphasize the countryside-feeling of the property. The kitchen is provided with a vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and has everything you will need for cooking during your holiday. A washing machine and iron board with iron are found in the utility room. Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining room with a dining table for 6. On your way to the bedrooms, you will find a relaxing lounge/library with two comfortable chairs around another open fireplace, a perfect reading corner. Just off this lounge area is a very unusual feature, here there can be found a fully equipped old style Spanish kitchen! None of the amenities work as the kitchen is merely for show - almost like walking into a museum! On the ground floor there is also a bathroom, comprising a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The three upstairs bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and two twins. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have mosquito screens attached to all the windows. Bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard with antique furniture. The second bathroom can also be found on this floor compromising of a bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
