The villa is located on the countryside west of Sevilla, in the heart of the Aljarafe area, locally well know for its landscapes with orange trees and vineyards. Approached by an unmade track, the villa is only 5 minute drive away from Villanueva de Ariscal, a village with family run shops, restaurants, tapa-bars and its' own winery "Bodegas Gongora" - the owner can provide you with information for a visit. A large supermarket can be found at 2 kms, in the village of Espartines and a spendid gourmet restaurant at Hacienda Benazuza is located in the neighbouring village of Sanlucar la Mayor. Best of all, the city of Sevilla, less than a half hour drive and featuring the famous Alcázar fortress - one of the finest examples of the Mudéjar style - and a wide array of historic buildings, museums, art galleries and metropolitan shopping. You can even think about visiting Madrid for a day as Sevilla is connected by bullet train that takes you in two and half hours to Spains' capital. For the days you stay at home, you can just stroll out from the rustic, pretty kitchen to the shaded terrace and gardens where you can enjoy your breakfast or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinner. The property includes a secluded, 2.000 square metres lawned garden with a tempting private pool of 12 x 5 metres. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
Furnished with character, with all rooms are set on the ground floor, this house offers a good level of comfort. The spacious living room has 3 sofas, 2 poofs, TV with DVD, a pooltable and a wood burning stove fort the cooler days in off-season. The dining table is conveniently place in the rustic kitchen, very complete with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee-machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The washing machine is placed in the bathroom. There are two double bedrooms of which one has an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom comes with two single beds and a bunkbed, ideal for a bigger family with children. The villa has air conditioning in the living room.
