This villa is situated in a beautiful residential area called Roche, locally very well know. The area is covered with pine trees and borders with the famous sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz. A small supermarket, restaurant, bar and newspaper shop are 5 minutes away.
What else could you possibly wish during your holiday? A lovely garden with lawn and an attractive private pool (4x8 m), quiet surroundings with possibilities to play tennis, paddle, or volleyball, beautiful beaches at a walking distance (700 m)⦠all ingredients for a perfect holiday! A barbecue for your alfresco meals and patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. A supermarket, restaurant, bar, and newspaper shop are a 5 minute walk whilst larger facilities can be found in Conil de la Frontera itself, which is a 10-15 minute drive away (7 km). From here itâs also easy to discover some of the highlights of Andalusia, such as the city Jerez de la Frontera with its famous sherry-wine cellars and Andalusian horse show, or you can drive along the White Villages that start at the antique city of Arcos de la Frontera. If you are at all looking to get away from this idyllic spot, then a visit to Sevilla will remind you of the glamorous Moorish heritage of this part of Spain.
Tastefully furnished and well decorated, this house provides a lovely relaxed ambience. The accommodation is set on two floors. On the ground floor, youâll find a spacious living room with TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ringed gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Also on this floor, youâll find a bathroom and bedroom for two persons with a single drawer bed. Upstairs are one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite).

Een mooi huis, zeer compleet, prachtig zwembad, gelukkig met een hek eromheen. Ons gezelschap bestond uit 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 3 en 1 jaar. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Ik miste wel informatie over de omgeving en telefoonnrs van bv dokter, politie etc. Ook handleiding van apparatuur heb ik niet gezien.
