Only 26 km from the sherry-capital Jerez de la Frontera, we found this beautiful villa located in a residential area called El Chaparrito, and set on beautiful grounds with more than 2,000 m2 of enclosed gardens, flowers, and fruit trees. The place is peaceful and tranquil and provided with a spacious garden with lawn, a fountain, and a tempting private pool (8x4 m). The outside area also includes a covered terrace, a great spot to enjoy your alfresco dinners. Adjacent to the pool area, youâll find a comfortable garden kitchen and a bathroom/changing room so that you donât need to walk in and out of the house all the time. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, a barbecue, and an electric paella pan. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. At the front of the house is a spacious parking lot. For those who want to discover Andalusia, the antique city of Arcos de la Frontera is only 17 km away and is the first town to visit on the road of the famous White Villages. Nature lovers will like the Natural Parks of Grazalema and LOS Alcornocales. Jerez de la Frontera is known as the place of origin of the flamenco dance and offers visits to its wine cellars and a famous horse show (on Thursdays). The golden beaches of the Cádiz province are just a 45 minute drive away whilst simple shopping and restaurants are available in the nearby villages of San José del Valle or La Barca de la Florida, both at a 5 minute drive. You will also find fantastic golf courses 30 minutes away.
The rooms are set on two levels and decorated with taste and comfort by its owners. The entrance hall on the ground floor leads into the living/dining room equipped with 2 sofas, television, DVD, and air conditioning. A large second living/dining room with sofas, dining table, and TV offers additional space and looks out to the pool area. The independent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, vitro hob, and refrigerator/freezer. On the ground floor you'll find 5 twin bedrooms and 1 double. One of the twin bedrooms can sleep 4 persons by adding bunk beds. There are two complete bath/shower rooms. The windows of two of the bedrooms look onto the large dining room.
The first floor has its own independent entrance. There are two bedrooms, one with four bunk beds, the other with two single beds. There is air conditioning in the rooms which share a complete bathroom.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Todo perfecto
Hemos estado una semana, 12 adultos y 12 niños. Yo he estado en muchas casas y como las instalaciones de ésta ninguna, y el trato familiar de los dueños excelente. Mi puntuación es un 10 sobre 10.
