This villa consists of 2 lovely three bedroom apartments; each occupies one floor of the building and has independent access. Their interior is almost identical. This accommodation offers cosy rooms with comfortable furniture. The excellent situation, on the rural outskirts of Nerja, offers a combination of sea and mountains: the beaches are just a 10 minute drive away.
The villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from the town centre of Nerja (3 km) and is set in a lovely rural area on the outskirts of the town. Nerjaâs beautiful Burriana beach is just 3.5 km away. From the verandah, the villa offers splendid panoramic views over Nerja and out to the Mediterranean. The pool is reasonably sized (7.5x4 m) and surrounded by a sun terrace, the ideal spot for your alfresco meals. The barbecue is installed in the pool-house, also provided with a small satellite kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor terrace you will find another barbecue and enjoy excellent views. For a day trip, just choose one of the many possibilities: the town of Alhama of Granada is reached by a lovely picturesque road and is famous for its healing hot water sources. Or visit the Picasso Museum of Málaga, the caves of Nerja, or the typical towns of the AxarquÃa area... there will not be time enough to discover everything!
Note: some road noise may be heard from the pool area.
Each apartment has independent access and a comfortable living/dining room with an open fireplace, two sofas, a coffee-table, dining table for six persons and satellite-TV. The kitchens are spacious and equipped with a 4 ringed ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. The bedrooms in each apartment consist of one double and two twins. There are a total of four bathrooms (two bathrooms in each apartment).Note: A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).
