This farmhouse is located in countryside and surrounded by fields of olive and almond trees, with lot of space and beautiful mountain views from its upper terrace. The town of Ãrgiva is a 10 minute drive from here, whilst the Alhambra palace in Granada is only 45 minutes away.
The house is located at three kilometers of Ãrgiva, also know as the capital of the Alpujarras, offering all facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, banks with cash-machines and a market with local products (on Thursdays). From here you can easily access the typical towns of the Alpujurras like Bubión, Capileira and Pampaneira. At the same time, Granada and the beaches of the Costa Tropical are nearby. One of the landmarks of this property is it's outside space: totally surrounded by country side with olive and almond trees, which guarantees peace and tranquil. The property is accessed from the highway between Lanjarón and Ãrgiva, by a 550 metres country track. During the summer months you will enjoy your own private pool of 13 by 7 meters, operating while the temperatures allow a swim (please ask in case of doubt). For your alfresco dinners, there is a nice outside terrace next to the living room, with lovely views on the green surroundings mountains.
With a spacious living/dining room, open plan kitchen and three bedrooms, all on one floor, this property offers a homely ambiance, emphasized by it's generous open fireplace. The house offers all type of facilities like television, video, DVD and music equipment with CD-player. The kitchen comes with a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are one double and two triple bedrooms, each one with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is for shared use and has a bath, basin and bidet.
